At NeverEnoughWheels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your build's look and performance. Our technical fitment staff is available before your purchase to answer any questions regarding offsets, bolt patterns, backspacing, and tire sizing to ensure you get the exact setup you need the first time.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please email us at returns@neverenoughwheels.com, complete our digital RMA form below, or call us at 877-609-6727 with your order details. Our team will review your request and provide specific instructions for your return shipment.
Regardless of any promotional "Free Shipping" offered at the time of purchase, the actual shipping costs incurred to transport the original order to you will be deducted from your final refund or exchange credit.
We strive to provide the most precise vehicle fitment and application data possible, which is sourced directly from wheel and tire manufacturers. However, because variations exist across vehicle submodels, brake packages, and modified suspensions, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to perform due diligence before ordering.
Always dry test-fit your new wheels onto your vehicle’s front and rear hubs BEFORE mounting tires on them. Once tires are mounted onto wheels, the wheels are considered used and are automatically ineligible for return or exchange under any circumstance. Check for suspension, steering, and brake caliper clearance during this dry test-fit.
If you encounter a structural clearance or installation issue, please call our technical help department immediately. Most fitment challenges stem from installation confusion and can be quickly solved by our stance specialists. Ensure you have all components, center caps, and hardware in-hand before beginning your installation project.
Custom wheel and tire packages that are mounted and road-force balanced specifically for your order at our warehouse are considered custom-built products. Because they cannot be unmounted without risking finish damage, these completed assemblies are handled on a strict case-by-case evaluation and cannot be returned for simple preference changes.
Refused shipments are handled under the same strict terms as standard returns. If a delivery is refused at your address, you will be billed for the original outward shipping charges (regardless of any "free shipping" promotions) as well as the return freight costs assessed by the carrier. Unclaimed shipments or items returned due to non-delivery/incorrect addresses are subject to these identical deductions.
Wheel shipments are heavy and frequently arrive in multiple large boxes or strapped to a pallet. If your order arrives with obvious physical or cosmetic damage, notify the delivery driver and contact NeverEnoughWheels immediately to initiate a carrier damage claim.
🛑 Do not attempt to install a damaged item! Do not discard any of the boxes, padding, or structural packaging! Discarding the packing material or mounting a damaged wheel immediately forfeits your right to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
To cancel an order, you must speak with a customer service representative in person at 877-609-6727 during our standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST). We cannot accept order cancellations via email, website contact forms, or voicemail.
If an order is canceled before dispatch but after your payment method has been fully authorized and charged, a 10% order processing fee may be assessed depending on the allocation phase of the product. Orders canceled prior to payment capturing are not subject to this fee.
If you receive items that do not match the exact specifications, brand, or model you ordered, please contact us at 877-609-6727 or email us with complete details within 48 hours of receipt. We will quickly cross-reference our logistics data and work with you to swap out the items seamlessly.
